Cheese Pizza Recipe


Ingredients:
1 cup warm water 2 tablespoons yeast1 teaspoon sugar 3 1/2 cups flour2 tablespoons honey1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup olive oil1/2 cup tomato puree 2 tablespoons tomato paste 1 garlic clove, minced 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped 4 ounces Fresh mozarella cheese(grilled and sliced) 


Method:


Making a Dough:
Pizza dough are easily available in market in different sizes. But you can very easily make them on your own of the exact size your require.Pour in some warm water of about 85 to 115°F. It should feel very warm, but comfortable.Add honey and salt and mix.Add the yeast and mix. Add 1 cup of flour, mix.Add olive oil and mix until it is blended.Add the rest of the flour and additions(if any) and mix.If the dough does not ball up because it’s too dry, add a little water and mix until it does. If your mixture is more like a batter, add little flour.Once the dough is balled up, place the ball on a floured board and knead for about a minute. This makes the gluten so that the dough rises and becomes fluffy when cooked.Now place the dough in a plastic bag or a covered bowl and store in a warm and dry area to rise.After about 45 minutes the dough should have about doubled in size.Give it a good smack so that it deflates. Let it rise for another hour or so. This dough is now ready.You're now ready to Roll out the dough.


Making Sauce: 
Mix tomato puree, tomato paste, minced garlic, and basil.Spread a layer onto prepared pizza dough. Add grilled mozarella cheese onto the layer of sauce. Add another layer of sauce. Now top with sliced Mozarella Cheese Finally bake it at 500°F for 10–12 minutes.
